2026 Spring Long Jing (Dragonwell) Premium Chinese Green Tea - Loose Leaf, Unflavored, 100g, Loose Leaf Tea
Premium Mingqian Longjing Green Tea – A Taste of Spring
Finest pre-Qingming harvest from the misty hills of West Lake, Hangzhou.
Hand-picked before the Qingming festival, our Mingqian Longjing features tender one-bud-one-leaf shoots. Pan-fired in traditional woks, it unfolds a flat, smooth appearance with a vivid jade-green color. The infusion releases a gentle chestnut aroma and a sweet, mellow taste with a lingering, refreshing finish. A true masterpiece of Chinese tea culture.
1. Water temperature: 75–85°C (170–185°F). Avoid boiling water, as it will scorch the tender leaves and ruin the fresh, chestnut-like aroma.
2. Tea amount: 3–5g (about 1–2 teaspoons) per 200ml cup or gaiwan.
3. Pre-warm the cup: Rinse the teacup or gaiwan with hot water to maintain stable temperature.
4. Brewing method (glass cup recommended):
· Add tea leaves, then pour a small amount of 80°C water just enough to cover the leaves. Gently swirl and smell the fragrance.
· Then add more water to about 7–8 parts full.
5. Steeping time: First brew – 1–2 minutes. Refill with water when only about 1/3 of tea remains. Each subsequent infusion adds 30–60 seconds.
6. Enjoy: Longjing can be steeped 3–4 times. After the third brew, the flavor gradually fades.
Tip: Use a tall glass to watch the leaves slowly unfurl and sink – a classic visual treat with premium Longjing.
