The Secret of 180-Day Cold Fermentation

Unlike ordinary brown sugar, our sugarcane juice is filtered and stored in sealed food-grade barrels at 3-5°C for over 180 days (6 months). This unique low-temperature fermentation creates a distinct fruity honey aroma and complex flavors.
