Infusion Temperature：100℃/ 212°F

Brewing Guide：

1. Rinse( Optional): Steep 8 seconds.(Discard or drink)

2. Brewing

Gaiwan(100ml)：Steep 20-60 seconds (6g of tea)

Teapot(250ml)：Steep 30-75 seconds (6g of tea)

.Infusion times：5-7 steeps in Gaiwan(100ml)

.Steeping Instructions:

Pour 6g of tea into Gaiwan. Use lower water (90°C/203°F) for lighter, sweeter tea  and hotter water (100°C/212°F) for stronger tea. Enjoy the distinctive character of Lapsang Souchong. You can choose to do a 10 second wash steep if you wish to open the leaves, or drink the first steep. Adjust steeping time to taste: Shorter steeps yield more delicate infusions, longer steeps intensify flavor with fewer brews.
