Premium Jasmine The Snow Green Tea 250g

Core Highlights

• Nine Times Scenting: 30+ days of meticulous craftsmanship, layering floral aroma deep into the tea soul.

• Premium Origins: High-mountain green tea (1200–1456m altitude) combined with fresh Hengxian jasmine blossoms.

• Exquisite Appearance: Tightly rolled, slender leaves with visible silver tips and scattered jasmine petals. Bright yellowish liquor with a refreshing, sweet finish.

🏔️ Origin & Craftsmanship

• High-Mountain Base: Grown in tea gardens at 1200–1456m, ensuring a robust early-spring tea bud base.

• Fresh Picking & Sunny Harvest: Crafted from premium green tea and unopened jasmine flowers picked under sunny conditions.

• 72-Hour Curing: Extended scenting process for a longer-lasting, vivid fragrance.

• 1:1 Ratio Scenting: Each round uses 1 jin of tea base matched with 1 jin of Hengxian jasmine fresh flowers.

• The Art of Nine Scentings: Through 30+ days of repeated scenting, aeration, and flower removal, the tea undergoes nine cycles. Not merely a surface fragrance, but "tea absorbing the flower's soul, flower melting into the tea's bone."

🍵 Sensory Experience

• Observe (观其形): Dense silver buds, tight and slender strips, interspersed with flower petals.

• Smell (闻其香): Vivid floral aroma, fresh, elegant, and long-lasting.

• Taste (品其味): Bright yellowish soup, fresh, smooth, mellow, and sweet aftertaste.

☕ Brewing Guide (Low Temp for Aroma, Quick Pour)

Hot Brew:

1. Dosage: 3–5g (Leaf-to-water ratio approx. 1:50 for initial infusions).

2. Vessel: Gaiwan or glass cup recommended.

3. Water Temp: Approx. 85°C (Low temperature enhances fragrance; legacy guidance up to 90–100°C may be used but 85°C is optimal for this nine-scented tea).

4. Steeping: Pour out within 30 seconds for the first infusion (10–15s optional for quicker tastes).

5. Re-steep: Can be brewed 4–5 times, retaining flavor and lingering fragrance. (Subsequent infusions: 15s+).

Cold Brew:

• Ratio: 1:150 (e.g., 3g tea to 450ml water).

• Temp: 0–6°C (32–43°F).

• Refrigerate: 4–6 hours for a refreshing, sweet cold tea.
